Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Soup

Ingredients

2¼ quarts prepared Instant White Cheese Sauce Mix
8 oz. beer
8 oz. milk
1 tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to the prepared Instant White Cheese Sauce Mix and heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Try serving with shaven fried onion rings or fried leeks.
